Obituary

Ben Z. Sosewitz, 88, beloved husband of 49 years of the late Rochelle “Shelley” nee Kusnetz Z”l. He will be deeply missed by his loving children, Leah Sosewitz (Helga Gruenbauer), Arna Yastrow (Steve), Miriam Sosewitz Clarke (Jon Z”l), grandchildren Evan Louis Ryan (Liz Logan), Douglas Maxwell Ryan, Daniel Wolf Gruenbauer, Nurit Avigail Friedberg (Dr. Aaron), Levi Micah Yastrow, Noah David Yastrow, Ian Michael Clarke, Colin Thomas Clarke, great granddaughter Adina Friedberg, siblings Yechiel Sasson Z”l (Esther Z”l), Ida Edelson, (Chuck), Sara Levin (Safik), and many nieces and nephews, and his companion Phyllis del Gatto Caplin. A life-long Chicagoan, he lived a full life devoted to his family, his vocation, and to Israel. Chapel service Monday, November 16th at 10:00 am at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 West Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
